Some facts
For the last three years I was responsible for almost all visual outings, social media content and print design for Toussaint Makelaardij (which translates to Toussaint Estate Agency).
To give Toussaint Makelaardij more online exposure I created (with the marketing team) a new content strategy. With target group research, interviews and desk research we came up with a new plan.
With the move from the company to a new location in 2022 I created a new logo and updated the brand identity to give the brand a refresh and make everything more timeless.
A new corporate identity
Toussaint Makelaardij (before Toussaint & van Wijk Makelaardij) was one of my biggest clients past three years. They are a well known estate agency in Spijkenisse, Netherlands with more than 1.100 followers on Instagram and almost 5.000 followers on Facebook. Past years I have created two different corporate identities, a new website and a new logo next to all other visual designs for socials and offline media. This is normally my strategy:

A new website, information brochure, leaflets, business cards, social media strategy, social media templates, social media advertising and eventually creating a new logo and brand identity has all taken part as a change with the new look and feel to engage more followers and online awareness.
Not did I only share new housing on the socials, I would also share tips & tricks, inspiration, behind the scenes, sneak previews and reviews. Not to only reach our public but to create more interaction. This way we would show our public that we aren't just your local estate agency, but create a bond to whom you can always come with every new question you have about your house.
